SABEeX invites tenders for a Framework Contract for the construction of new buildings for the Welkom Campus

Contract(s) will be based on the NEC3 Supply Contract (First edition as amended April 2013) .

Only tenderers who demonstrate suitable experience and have suitably qualified personnel and comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit tenders.

SABEeX will not enter into a contract with the successful tenderer - this is for demonstration purposes only

Documents may be downloaded from the Employer’s website from 10h00 on Tuesday 15 March 2022.

An Online Briefing is presented from the website where the documentation is downloaded. This can be accessed on-demand at any time before the tender closes. It is compulsory for tenderers to view the entire Online Briefing, and capture their particulars for submission at the end of the presentation. Tenderers are required to print out this confirmation and include this in their tender submissions.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 10h30 on Thursday 7 April 2022

Tenders are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation are downloaded. Detailed instructions for online submission are published with the Online Tender Box.  

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
