The National Research Foundation invites tenders for a framework agreement for professional project management services to their new Project Management Office.

The National Research Foundation will enter into an NEC3 Professional Services contract with the successful tenderer. Organs of state including other universities may make use of this Framework agreement and issue Task Orders for work falling within the scope of the contracts that are entered into.

Only tenderers who comply with the requirements stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit proposals.

An Online Briefing is presented from the website where the documentation is downloaded. This can be accessed on-demand at any time before the tender closes. It is compulsory for tenderers to view the entire Online Briefing, and capture their particulars for submission at the end of the presentation. Tenderers are required to print out this confirmation and include this in their proposal submissions.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 12h00 (noon) on 15 June 2021

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation are downloaded.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
