SPU invites tenders for professional architectural services through an Architecural Competition.

SPU will enter into an NEC3 Professional Services contract with the successful respondent.  

Only tenderers who comply with the requirements stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit proposals.

Documents may be obtained from the SPU website www.spu.ac.za from 10h00  on  2 February 2021.

An Online Briefing is presented from the website where the documentation is downloaded. This can be accessed on-demand at any time before the tender closes. It is compulsory for tenderers to view the entire Online Briefing, and capture their particulars for submission at the end of the presentation. Tenderers are required to print out this confirmation and include this in their proposal submissions.

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 09h30  on 24 February 2021

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical and late tenders will not be accepted.

Responses are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation are downloaded.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.

Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of proposals are stated in the Tender Data.

RESPONSES MUST BE ANONYMOUS AND ALL CONTENT SUBMITTED MUST BE VOID OF ANY MARK OR INDICATION OF THE TENDERING ENTITY. ANY RESPONSE WHICH CONTAINS IDENTIFYING MARKS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
