SABEeX invites tenders for built environment professional services located nationally over a 3-year term without a guarantee of the quantum of work to deliver the infrastructure component of the Destination Development programme.

•  Architectural - four service providers across South Africa will be appointed. Service providers will be subcontracted for architectural heritage services; landscape architectural services; acoustic, fire, electrical, mechanical, civil and structural engineering services; wet services; audio visual services and others.

Contracts will be based on the NEC3 Professional Service Contract.
