The Employer invites tenders for no real items - this is for training and demonstration purposes.

The Employer will enter into a contract with the successful tenderer.  

Only tenderers who comply with the requirements stated in the Tender Data are eligible to submit proposals.

Documents may be obtained from the Tender Notice Page from 10h00 on  the date advertised

Queries relating to the issue of these documents may be addressed using the website query function .

An Online Tender Briefing will be available via MSTeams. 

The closing time for receipt of tenders is shown on the Tender Notice Page. A countdown timer is provided.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail, physical and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders are to be submitted online to the Online Tender Box that is located on the Tender Notice Page where procurement documentation are downloaded.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
