ERG AFRICA INVITES TENDERS FOR THE EXTENSION OF FIRE PREVENTION SYSTEMS AT KAKANDA MINE (DRC) 
Only tenderers the eligibility criteria stated in the tender data are eligible to bid on this initiative.

Only tenderers who:
1.Fully completed and signed form of offer and acceptance (C1.1) (Found in the NEC3 contract document)
2.Only bidders who attend the Compulsory Site Briefing session will be eligible to bid
3.Tenderers must complete and sign the Bidder’s Disclosure Form 
are eligible to submit offers.

NB: The contract will not be signed without a valid insurance. (Proof of insurance – On award ONLY)

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place online via MSTeams on  Friday 03 January 2025 starting at
11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is  14h30 on Friday 10 January 2025.
Emailed, physical and late submissions will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of Tenders are stated in the Tender Data.
