MINTEK INVITES TENDERS FOR THE REINSTATEMENT OF THE GOLD REEF MINE IN JOHANNESBURG
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 8CE or higher.
Only tenderers with a valid CIDB contractor grading of 8CE or higher are eligible to bid on this initiative.

Only tenderers who
1.Fully completed and signed form of offer and acceptance (C1.1) (Found in the NEC3 contract document)
2.Only tenderers with a valid CIDB contractor grading of 4SF or higher are eligible to bid on this initiative.
3.Only bidders who attend the Compulsory Site Briefing session will be eligible to bid
4.Tenderers must complete and sign the Bidder’s Disclosure Form (SBD4)
5.Tenders must provide proof of COIDA (Letter of good standing with the Workers Compensation Commissioner or proof of application)
with the Department of Labour, FEM or RMA 
are eligible to submit offers.

NB: No award will be made to a supplier or service provider who is not registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
NB: No Bid will be awarded to any person whose tax matters have not been declared in order by South African Revenue Service.
NB: The contract will not be signed without a valid insurance. (Proof of insurance – On award ONLY)
NB: The Contract will not be signed without a valid letter of good standing with the workers Compensation commissioner (COIDA).

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Mintek's offices on Monday 28 October 2024 starting at
11h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is  13h30 on 7 November, 2024.
Emailed  and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
